Ages 3-4 Years Old
This 55-minute class offers a fun and engaging way for children of all genders to develop the essential foundational skills of gymnastics. Guided by one of our experienced coaches, your child will rotate through different stations, including the trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.

OPEN GYM
Open Gym is a flexible fitness concept that allows individuals to work out at their own pace and based on their preferences. Unlike traditional fitness classes, Open Gym offers a supportive environment where participants can access a fully equipped gym and exercise facilities without the structure of guided sessions or scheduled classes.
